The core is built from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the high-voltage windings use high-purity oxygen-free copper wire in a multi-layered cylindrical structure. Key Features

Unique Welding Process, No Leakage

The design eliminates high and low pressure risers to reduce the number of welds required. The fuel tank wall uses wide-width steel plates to minimize joints, and a unique welding process ensures consistent, high-quality seams throughout the tank structure.

Groove Structure for Reliable Sealing

All sealing flanges are grooved to maintain strong, long-term sealing performance across varying temperature and pressure conditions.

Controlled Leakage Points

All oil drain valves are made of copper, and the radiator uses a vacuum butterfly valve, both of which significantly reduce the risk of oil leakage over the transformer's service life.

Low Loss, Low Noise Operation

Built using advanced domestic and international technology and equipment through dedicated professional research and development, the core adopts high-performance cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet processed on a fully automatic robotic lamination machine. This produces smaller shear burrs and a lower lamination coefficient, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and operating noise. No-load loss is typically 5% to 15% lower than transformers produced with manual lamination.

High Reliability Protection

The transformer is equipped with an oil surface thermometer, a pressure relief valve with contact point at the top of the fuel tank, and an oil level indicator with contact point on the oil storage cabinet. The high and low voltage bushings are anti-fouling enhanced pure porcelain oil-type bushings, suitable for heavy pollution level environments.

High-Quality Insulated Skeleton Support Inside the Coil

The coil interior is supported by a high-quality insulating skeleton, with all coils using both inner and outer struts. Every strut and block is chamfered for a uniform electric field and enhanced reliability. All fasteners on the coil's axial body use self-locking locknuts, allowing the product to withstand long-distance transport bumps without loosening and without requiring core lifting for inspection.
