Our company manufactures this three-phase oil-immersed power transformer using a new insulation structure that improves short-circuit resistance. The core is built from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the high-voltage windings use high-purity oxygen-free copper wire in a multi-layered cylindrical structure. Built using advanced domestic and international technology and equipment through dedicated professional research and development, the core adopts high-performance cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet processed on a fully automatic robotic lamination machine. This produces smaller shear burrs and a lower lamination coefficient, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and operating noise. No-load loss is typically 5% to 15% lower than transformers produced with manual lamination.
The transformer is equipped with an oil surface thermometer, a pressure relief valve with contact point at the top of the fuel tank, and an oil level indicator with contact point on the oil storage cabinet. The high and low voltage bushings are anti-fouling enhanced pure porcelain oil-type bushings, suitable for heavy pollution level environments.
The coil interior is supported by a high-quality insulating skeleton, with all coils using both inner and outer struts. Every strut and block is chamfered for a uniform electric field and enhanced reliability. All fasteners on the coil's axial body use self-locking locknuts, allowing the product to withstand long-distance transport bumps without loosening and without requiring core lifting for inspection.
