Overview

This packaged unit substation is specially designed for new energy power generation systems such as photovoltaic and wind power projects. The transformer room, high-voltage room, and low-voltage room are arranged in a rectangular structure, providing a compact layout while improving accessibility for operation and maintenance.

In this design, high-voltage fuses and load switches are separated from the transformer tank and installed inside the high-voltage compartment. This arrangement improves operational safety and simplifies maintenance. The transformer adopts an external oil storage tank structure, allowing clear visibility of the oil level and making oil filling and draining more convenient.

The capacity range of the packaged unit substation can be expanded up to 6300kVA. The external transformer configuration significantly improves heat dissipation performance and facilitates easier inspection and servicing. The oil tank protection level reaches IP68, while the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments achieve IP54 protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions such as deserts, coastal regions, and offshore wind farms.

Pollution level Class III suitable for industrial and outdoor environments.

Relative humidity with daily average not exceeding 95 percent and monthly average not exceeding 90 percent.
