Overview

The ZS(S) series oil-immersed rectifier transformer is a specialized power conversion device designed to convert three-phase AC voltage from the power grid into rectified AC voltage, which is then transformed into DC power through rectifier elements. This transformer plays a critical role in industrial rectification systems requiring stable DC power supply.

Structure Design

The transformer adopts a three-phase three-column core structure. Each core column can accommodate two or more sets of high-voltage and low-voltage windings, effectively reducing installation space while increasing output flexibility. The design allows independent operation of a single winding set or simultaneous operation of multiple winding groups.

Multiple sets of low-voltage windings are provided, enabling independent operation or parallel connection. High short-circuit impedance between winding groups ensures stable current sharing and safe multi-channel output during operation.
