The GGJ low-voltage reactive power intelligent compensation device is designed to improve power factor and optimize power quality in low-voltage distribution systems. Developed using computer-aided design technology and equipped with a microcomputer controller, the device performs automatic tracking compensation for reactive power based on real-time load conditions.

With advanced control technology and a rational structural layout, the GGJ compensation cabinet effectively reduces reactive power loss, improves energy efficiency, and enhances system stability. It is widely used in low-voltage power grids and is particularly suitable for reactive power compensation of three-phase transformers with capacity ranging from 130kVA to 600kVA.

Key Functions

The intelligent controller provides automatic reactive power compensation with stable performance, improving the power factor to 0.9 or higher under normal operating conditions.

Real-time display of grid power factor including lagging range from 0.00 to 0.99 and leading range from 0.00 to 0.99.

Comprehensive protection functions including over-voltage protection, harmonic protection, over-compensation protection, phase loss protection, overload protection, and system fault detection.

Stored parameters remain محفوظ after power failure, and the device automatically resumes normal operation once the power grid returns to stable conditions.

Flexible compensation modes allow phase-by-phase compensation or mixed compensation according to load balancing conditions.

Strong anti-interference capability allows the device to withstand 2000V pulse interference from the power grid, exceeding national professional standards.

Measurement and Communication Functions

The device supports real-time measurement and recording of three-phase voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, active energy, and reactive energy on the low-voltage side of the transformer. It also measures total harmonic distortion and subharmonic components from the 2nd to the 25th order.

RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces enable data transmission to supervisory computers. Remote communication functions support wireless meter reading, device testing, parameter configuration, real-time monitoring, and historical data retrieval.

Advanced data analysis capability allows statistical analysis of load data, evaluation of power supply quality, calculation of voltage qualification rate, load rate, reliability, and maximum load rate. The system can generate voltage, current, and power factor curves for each phase and produce comprehensive statistical reports.
